HGH and Cholesterol

After putting the cholesterol scare into everyone, there was a realization in the medical community: the amount of cholesterol you consume has minimal bearing upon the amount of cholesterol in your blood.

If fact, most of the cholesterol in the body is produced by the body itself, and an internal feedback loop exists such that the less cholesterol one eats, the more one makes, and visa versa.

Coronary risk is correlated with the ratio of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) (unhealthy) cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein (HDL) (healthy) and with serum triglyceride.

The resounding question is: what regulates the production of cholesterol and, more importantly, what regulates the ratio of HDL to LDL cholesterol and the production of trigylceride?

Research clearly points to HGH and further shows it specifically increases the healthy HDL cholesterol and lowers the more dangerous LDL cholesterol ultimately dropping the risk of clogged arteries.
